We are able to ship to most countries. Please contact before purchasing for a shipping estimate. 

Can I place a special order?

Feel free to send an email and we can find out if a special order is possible. For most prints / canvas prints, we can usually work with our printer to create that special piece for your desired space.

Refunds?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Refunds are only available if you contact us within 15 days of your original purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Since Gallery Wraps and special orders are made custom for you, refunds are not available on these items. However, sometimes things may be missed in the printing process. If you find a discrepancy in your order due to the printing process, please contact us at Audifax Design, so we can send images to the printing company and figure out how to process a return or exchange. 

*** Color differences may occur due to the difference in calibration of each computer monitor. We do our best to show an accurate image of each item, but please be aware of these possible differences.

Shipping?

All photos and gallery wraps are sent to a professional printer to achieve the highest quality, and sent from the U.S.A.  Please allow a few days (typically 4) for printing, in addition to ship time.
