Through meditation I found the courage and clarity to follow my heart and become an artist. Since it changed my life, I wanted to share this beautiful possibility with others and began to receive certifications in mindfulness. After dedicating countless hours to my own practice, I teach meditation classes for all levels as well as offer weekly & recorded meditations online. For Positivity - A short, but powerful, 8 minute meditation that gently expands your light. If you have never meditated before, this is a great start!
For Clearing Negativity - A gentle release of all that gunk inside while bringing in some fresh light. Also great for beginners!
For Relaxation - A gentle focus on your breath as you find yourself in a garden. Great for all levels! (Music composed by me!)

How do I meditate?
A quick 6 minute guide for beginners on the basics of how to meditate & a practice to use, if you only have 10 minutes. (Music playlist coming soon!)
Remember, thoughts will come and go, this is completely normal. Just do your best to release any thoughts that pass through by bringing your focus back to the breath.
Sit in a comfortable position, either on a chair or the floor with your back straight, or lie down.
If sitting, place palms up on your lap.
Close your eyes.
Focus on your breath. Ideally breathing in and out through your nose.
